Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Immediate Office of the Secretary, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia. This announcement will close at 11:59 PM, on the day that 50 applications have been received or on the closing date, whichever is first.
Key Responsibilities
As an Intelligence Operations Specialist (Senior Targeting Analyst), you will: Perform a wide range of senior-level functions centered on targeting intelligence, data methodology, and analytic leadership. Interpret specialized datasets and intelligence regarding threat actors' intent and capabilities and produce operational/investigative leads and intelligence assessments explaining their impact on HHS equities.
Conduct research and analysis of non-traditional collection threat actors affecting HHS operations, Homeland Security, and National Security to support all-source intelligence production. Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications within high-risk geographic and functional areas. Implement, participate in, and evaluate the results of programs, projects, cases, or processes.
Serve as a principal advisor to senior leadership on targeting strategies and analytic approaches. Advise the Division Director and senior officials on intelligence findings and recommend positions.
Requirements & Education
