This vacancy is for a GS - 0132 - 12, Intelligence Operations Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SECTOR CHARLESTON INTELLIGENCE STAFF in CHARLESTON, South Carolina.
You will serve as a Intelligence Operations Specialist and be responsible for providing guidance and oversight to intelligence operations. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Conducts all-source analysis on maritime threats. Prepares and delivers intelligence briefings to command. Drafts intelligence reports, summaries, and assessments. Manages intelligence information using databases.
Assesses threats to port security and vessel traffic.
