The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Force HUMINT Operations Cell Chief in support of squadron intelligence collection activities. The Chief provides program oversight and administration while supporting multiple lines of effort. ****This position may be eligible for DCIPS STEM TLMS****
Key Responsibilities
Duties: Serves as the Senior Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Operations Officer. Planning and executes highly specialized, mission critical HUMINT requirements for 4 Star Directed Operations and contingency plans. Acts as a HUMINT Reports Officer ensuring proper preparation, coordination and dissemination of HUMINT derived Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs). Manages Asset Validation Panels for their geographic area of responsibility.
Establishes, and maintains regular direct liaison contact and staff coordination with the Intelligence Community, and other organizations/agencies to ensure that coordination is accomplished and HUMINT policy and oversight requirements are satisfied. Serves as a multi-disciplined HUMINT analyst.
Conducts specialized human and counter-intelligence related research, evaluation, interpretation and analysis using publications, documents, reports and debriefings in response to established requirements.
