The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an space intelligence analyst engaging and assisting senior intelligence analyst in the technical analysis and preparation of a final space intelligence product from information obtained and processed from one or more intelligence sources in support of customer requirements. Provide 24/7 Indications and Warning to the space warfighting domain.
DUTY 1: Conducts 24/7 Indications and Warning Mission. DUTY 2: Serves as an intelligence analyst engaged in technical analysis and production activities. DUTY 3: Participates in the presentation of ISR to service, national, and coalition customers within defined area of responsibility. DUTY 4: Participates in the analysis of multi-source intelligence.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS. This position is in the Excepted Service.
