The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior specialist and Subject Matter Expert(SME) for the ISR Tools Branch within the ISR Systems & Capabilities Division. Guide development of strategies for ACC on methodologies, equipment, information systems, and tools support across the Combat Air Forces. **Position may be eligible for DCIPS STEM TLMS**

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned ISR Tools Branch ensuring the branch complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships at NAF, MAJCOM, HAF, DOD, and national intelligence community levels. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.

Requirements & Education

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS. This position is in the Excepted Service.
