This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Key Responsibilities

Review existing and projected construction contracts, plans, and specifications from the standpoint of anticipating and making recommendations to improve quality and facilitate effective administration.
