The primary purpose of this position SUPERVISORY DATA ANALYST (Interdisciplinary), is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Headquarters Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Range Operations Data Section.
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the HQ UTTR Data Section, ensuring that data support for Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) programs complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represent Data Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Provide technical advice, use reasoning & communication abilities, and expert knowledge of Range systems, capabilities, and limitations to accomplish the mission of the UTTR. Serve as Functional Specialist, conduct surveillance on activities performed by the range contractor.
