About the Position: This dynamic role manages diverse Architect-Engineer (A-E) contract actions for the USACE Rock Island District. Serving on multidisciplinary teams as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), you will develop, negotiate, and implement A-E services. Additionally, you will administer task orders and contracts in support of vital civil works projects, including navigation, flood risk management, and ecosystem restoration.
Key Responsibilities
Act as advisor concerning Government A-E contracting procedures and their interrelationships with engineering design products and construction projects.
