This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is in the USACE Cost Engineering Center of Expertise located at the Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers and is comprised of motivated and talented employees that provide cost engineering services for the USACE and other eligible agencies on a wide variety of project types.
Serve as an interdisciplinary Cost Engineering subject matter expert in the national Mandatory Center of Expertise for Cost Engineering.
