The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) Premier College Intern Program (PCIP) administration specialist for AF wide execution.
Administers the Premier College Intern Program. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for the/segments of the PCIP to ensure operations are in line with regulatory requirements, support goals, and mission requirements. Participates in special studies and projects related to PCIP. Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with college career planning and placement officials, team functionals, recruiters, MAJCOM, and installation staff.
