The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Air Force Materiel Command Chief Intelligence Information Security Officer (CIISO) and as a HAF A/2/6 Delegated Authorizing Official-Representative (DAO) for the Air Force Intelligence Community in support of the delivery and use of National Security Systems (NSS) services for the AF Intelligence Community Information Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Command CIISO and focal point for the administration of the Air Force Materiel Command's (AFMC) ISR Cybersecurity Program. - As an AF IC DAO-R, incumbent's authorization decisions impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AF IC element information resources, and determine if the security and privacy risk from operating a system or using a system, service, or application from an external provider is acceptable.
- Lead and coordinate with senior military, civilian, and contract employees to complete highly complex security assessment and authorization activities. - Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
