As an IT Product Manager, you will lead collaborative teams on high-visibility, complex, and time-sensitive IT software solution projects. As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following duties: Serves as a product manager for Fleet's software products, developing and executing product vision and strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs; develops and manages products with users and center user needs in each phase of the product design and development processes. Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues; leads cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts; determines if the product meets need and accepts the developed product on behalf of Fleet. Facilitates requirements gathering sessions and product demonstrations with stakeholders; develops and delivers presentations to senior leadership on product status, risks, and strategic recommendations. Evaluates, analyzes, and assesses emerging industry tools, technologies, and best practices for IT products, solutions, and services to identify and champion opportunities for optimizing, innovating, and strategically advancing agency processes and capabilities. Collaborates with development teams using agile methodology to implement modern development practices; coordinates with other product managers to ensure alignment across Fleet's technology portfolio.
