The incumbent will be responsible for Serves as an Executive Communications Specialist within the USTRANSCOM Command, Control, Communications ans Cyber Systems Directorate
Key Responsibilities
As a IT PROJECT MANAGER at the NH-2210-3 some of your typical work assignments may include: Installs, configures, and maintains Executive Leadership specialized communication equipment for secure and reliable access to agency networks and resources at USTRANSCOM Headquarters and while on travel. Provides technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process components.
(i.e., Master Incident Management Plan, when applicable). Manages the package of support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of systems and components. Manages information technology projects to provide a unique service or product.
