Key Responsibilities
Reviews, processes, and tracks IT procurement requests for accuracy, funding, documentation, and policy compliance. Creates and manages purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and contract-related orders for IT products and services. Reviews and processes invoices and resolves procurement, billing, and payment discrepancies. Provides customer support and guidance for standard, specialized, and non-standard technology purchases.
Coordinates technology procurement for Senate Media Centers and SAA Office Automation requirements. Collaborates with internal teams, Senate offices, and vendors to resolve issues, improve processes, support system testing, and maintain procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
