Key Responsibilities

The Gallery's Digital Solutions division (TDS) reports to the Gallery's Treasurer and provides IT solutions, services and innovation. The Digital Solutions division is led by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) who has senior management ownership of the establishment and execution of Gallery-wide IT strategy, its alignment with the Gallery's mission and the delivery of capabilities required to meet that mission.

Duties for this position include Designs and implements organizational change management strategies that enable successful adoption of enterprise technology initiatives. Develops organizational change frameworks, evaluates organizational readiness, advises leadership, identifies adoption risks, and establishes governance practices that support successful technology modernization.

Provides executive consultation, conducts stakeholder analyses, develops communication strategies, facilitates organizational readiness activities, and builds strategic partnerships that improve technology adoption across the Gallery. Develops enterprise learning strategies, training programs, user documentation, and adoption resources that support successful implementation of enterprise technologies and long-term organizational adoption.

Establishes adoption metrics, evaluates organizational performance, develops dashboards, analyzes adoption trends, and continuously improves enterprise organizational change management practices through lessons learned and emerging technologies.
