Serves as Senior Systems Administrator and Subject Matter Expert SME for the 690 ISS Operations Flight - Enterprise Services Management Team (ESMT). Designs, tests, and deploys IT integration projects at both the regional and enterprise level. Develops testing, baseline, and upgrade documentation as well as provide training to other less knowledgeable staff. Represents ESMT with a variety of installation, operational and functional area organizations.
