Key Responsibilities

Executes software planning, requirements, risk management, design, development, architecture, modeling, estimation, configuration management, quality, security, and testing using software development methodologies across all lifecycle phases.

Requirements & Education

For Entry at the GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of graduate education leading to a Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, info science, info systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or tech management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above & required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks .For Entry at the GS-12: Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level.
