Job Summary

As an IT Specialist (Training, Communications & Change Management) you will serve as a technical training, communications, and change management specialist. Location of position: Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO, Lakewood, CO, Fort Worth, TX, and Tacoma, WA The Office of Digital Management is responsible for managing General Services Administration IT solutions, resources, and shared services.

We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design expert technical training, communications, data analysis, coordination, and advice in the future planning and integration of agency-wide/regional technology solutions. Provide agency-wide technical guidance (including videos, instructional guides, and live training) to efficiently and effectively operate software/hardware systems.

Participate and/or lead the implementation of Agency-wide IT program projects from design to support for assigned organization (including communications, training, and user feedback on technical solutions). Researches and reviews new IT developments, including resources and techniques. Plans or recommends their long-range incorporation into the organization's work. Deliver training for end-users in support of new system development and implementation.

Manages the programmatic aspects of the IT training program, which includes developing and implementing robust tracking mechanisms for critical program data and metrics. Monitors and analyzes data such as course enrollment rates, attendance figures, participant satisfaction scores, and the open rates of promotional communications.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of the training curriculum and marketing efforts, informing continuous improvements, and ensuring the program consistently meets its strategic objectives and delivers maximum value to employees.
