Key Responsibilities

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing administrative support services to support US Attorneys Office litigation activities.

Typical work assignments will include: Acts as the team leader: ensures that the organizational strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services; Conducts program analysis for support services provided by the Support Services Section; Assists with the receipt, internal distribution and dispatching of mail and other material for large volumes of mail; Fulfills printing and reproduction orders and requisitions and as required coordinates delivery and pick up of printed materials; Participates in the acquisition of complex professional services and equipment requirements for the district; Assists with the District's administrative inventory and supply program; Prepares recommendations for the utilization of space and participates in moves and arrangement of office furniture and equipment; and Provides a wide variety of security services to promote the effective protection of property, personnel, facilities, sensitive and classified information, communications and computer equipment and other resources against criminal, terrorist and hostile activities.

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

Requirements & Education

All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Education must be reviewed and certified by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in a conventional U.S. education program.
