Lead Commissary Support Clerk Position is located in a DeCA Commissary store. Incumbent serves as a working leader over a group of at least three or more employees performing store-level work in accounts and price maintenance (commissary support) and supply technician work classified at the GS-2005-5 level. Major Duties: Distributes and balances the workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. Provides on-the-job training in specific tasks and job techniques. Recommends changes in work methods to improve timeliness or quality of work performed by employees Provides input to supervisor on employee performance, conduct and training needs Monitors the status of work and makes adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
