As a Lead Equal Opportunity Investigator (Systemic) at the GS-1860-13, you will be part of the St. Louis District Office, Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for conducting systemic investigations and for coordinating and providing mentoring and supportive services to assigned team members in furtherance of the agency's systemic investigative and litigation efforts.
Team leader for EEO systemic case investigations and, under the direction of the assigned case supervisor or manager, ensures that the Commission's systemic cases are properly investigated.
