Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to act as Lead Fire Protection Inspector with authority having jurisdiction on fire prevention issues for the Base Civil Engineer.
In coordination with the Assistant Chief for Fire Prevention, the individual serves as the Lead Fire Protection Inspector providing guidance to subordinate Inspectors. Conducts quality assurance inspections prior to government accepting the facility/project During major fires, national emergencies, or military mobilization exercises where deployment of forces dictate, the individual will be required to report to the scene as a accountability or safety officer.
