This position is located in Region 1, within the Grants Division, in Cambridge or Maynard, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing work plans, budgets, and quarterly financial reports, as well as monitoring grants to ensure projects comply with national policies and federal regulations.
What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as the Lead Grants Management Specialist.
Typical assignments include: Administering full range of grants administration including award, monitoring and closeout; Conducting enhanced financial monitoring of recipients to ensure compliance with federal regulations; Providing technical assistance on grant related issues to internal and external stakeholders; Coordinating projects with staff to ensure timely completion; AND Ensuring timely response to audit requests; other duties as assigned What else do I need to know?
