The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress, reviewing completed work to ensure that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality are met. Serves as coach, facilitator and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus-building activities among team members. A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
