The Lead Medical Support Assistant will work within Specialty Medicine at the Iowa City VA Medical Center. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to effectively plan, organize and execute a wide range of responsibilities and interactions with staff and patients in a variety of outpatient settings.
This position provides medical administrative support to one or more outpatient clinics and is an integral member of the clinic team to effectively carry out day-to-day administrative operations.
