This position is located at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Veterans Administration. This role is responsible for direction, daily operations, and efficient management of MSA functions.

- Resolving complex operational issues to ensure patient care needs and organizational goals are met. - Assessing new products, equipment, and systems and recommending improvements to operational workflows. - Identifying training and educational needs; participating in staff interviews and contributing to selections. - Evaluating employee performance and initiating appropriate administrative actions when required.
- Conducting Weingarten meetings and proposing disciplinary actions as necessary. - Approving leave requests and monitoring leave balances with appropriate follow-up. - Attending training sessions and participating in medical center-level initiatives. - Extracting, analyzing, and reporting data to support performance measures for senior leadership Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pm,Monday - Friday ???????
