Major Duties

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Preparing various legal documents such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and pleadings; proofreads and cite-checks legal briefs and assembles tables of authorities and tables of contents for legal briefs; Assisting in conducting factual research on individuals and companies using computerized databases and other sources. Completing administrative legal functions, organizes files, and manages electronic documents and evidence. Providing technical assistance to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to develop and facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

Education

All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
