This position is located in a Nebraska State Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent has responsibility for providing State-wide leadership, guidance and review in Community and/or Business Programs for the making and servicing of loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses. THIS VACANCY IS OPEN TO CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF USDA, RURAL DEVELOPMENT ONLY.
As a technical expert, the incumbent is delegated responsibility for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program.
