Key Responsibilities
The incumbent is delegated responsibility for the development, management, coordination and administration of an assigned loan and grant program portfolio(s) involving one or more of the agency regulatory loan functions.
Requirements & Education
GS-11 Level: This position does not have an education requirement, but education may be substituted for experience. Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- finance, business administration, economics, accounting, insurance, engineering, mathematics, banking and credit, law, real estate operations, statistics, or other fields related to the position, such as agriculture, agricultural economics, farm, livestock or ranch management, or rural sociology.
GS-12 level: There is no education substitution for this grade level.
