The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a member of Plans and Integration Section (LGRDX), providing planning, directing, and organizing readiness requirements for mobility, reception, war, and contingency plans. Responsible for development, execution, and administration of support agreements for host installation and tenant units.
Creates and reviews exercise, operation, contingency, beddown, and other plans for deployment/employment taskings and disseminates taskings to functional area managers. Recommends actions for completing the reception plan processes. Develops, executes, and administers support agreements in accordance with DoD, AF and higher headquarters guidance.
Utilizes the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Base Operation Support Agreement Catalog (BOSAC) and develops comprehensive list of unique Wing capabilities to be published in the BOSAC. Analyzes installation support agreements to determine the nature and scope of services requested. Manages and monitors the Wing War Reserve Material (WRM) Program.
Serves as the installation focal point for all WRM consisting of enterprise managed, strategically positioned equipment and consumables that support initial operations and initial sustainment across a full range of military operations. Responsible for providing training, resources, and logistics systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the installation deployment processes. Assists in determining the capability of the Wing to support contingency taskings.
Validates AFFORGEN taskings, unit assessments of readiness capabilities (e.g., UTC Reporting), operational capability statements, and all other deployment related tasking documents to identify installation deployment requirements. Represents the Plans and Integration Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. The incumbent assists in establishing, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with all level??
of management throughout the installation. This role involves providing support and input on installation support of wing deployment command and control (C2) processes. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve problems that arise.

Tracks and monitors accountability, serviceability, and availability of all Wing War Reserve Material (WRM) assets.
LGRDX has responsibility for providing wing-level administration of Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN), Unit Type Codes (UTC), Base Support and Expeditionary (BAS&E) Site Plans, Installation Deployment Plan (IDP), Deployment Training, Deployment Control Center (DCC), Reception Control Center (RCC), and core elements of an Installation Deployment Readiness Cell (IDRC).
