Job Summary
This position is located in Facilities, Acquisition, and Logistics Division (FALD), Facilities and Logistics (F&L) Branch. Supports all day-to-day aspects of the PFPA -wide Space, Facilities, Property, and Construction Management Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Develops and implements comprehensive plans, policies, processes, and procedures to comply with General Services Administration (GSA) and DoW space layout standards. Assists in the development of budget estimates for facility and physical security support, repair and maintenance, and space occupancy expenses for inclusion in the PFPA budget. Conducts research and performs analyses for special projects.
Assists in the development of specifications for contracts relating to the acquisition of office equipment, furniture, equipment maintenance, rental of equipment, and services. Organizes and maintains control of documents relative to procurement, equipment, inventory accounting, contracts, and maintenance services.
