The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision over four subordinate supervisors and workers in accomplishing trades and labor work of the Infrastructure Element: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning section, Utility System repairs/Water/Waste Section, Liquid Fuels Maintenance section and Entomology at Shaw AFB, SC.
Key Responsibilities
-Performs work planning responsibilities. -Performs work direction responsibilities. Assigns and explains work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors and sets deadlines and establishes the sequence of work operations to be followed. -Performs administration responsibilities. Participates with subordinate supervisors/employees in the development of performance plans.
