The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a project lead/manager to conduct comprehensive manpower requirements determination studies and organizational analyses of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes and provide management consultant capabilities to improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings.
Serves as project lead/manager, conducting organizational and process related manpower requirements determination studies of operational testing and evaluation for weapons acquisition for the entire Air Force. As project lead/manager, reviews and evaluates organization structures and missions by interpreting data, process flow, organization concepts, and line/staff relationships for consistency and logic, to improve organizational efficiencies.
Provides complex management support services for organization(s) whose operations are interrelated. Advises commanders, supervisors, and managers on civilian personnel issues, including those involving organizations that have a wide range of professional, scientific, administrative, and highly technical positions, some with high-grades and technical positions in rapidly changing fields.
