The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a MAJCOM Financial Management (FM) Training Functional Manager (FAM) for the FM Career field. Develops and ensures implementation of training requirements and standards; responsible for policies and procedures concerning training matters as they relate to FM.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as AFRC/FM Certification training program manager for all FM personnel Command wide. Performs work for management and administration of FM training plans, programs, and procedures. Serves as FM Directorate Training Manager for all personnel assigned to the FM Directorate. Performs special and recurring projects and assignments. Establishes priorities for special and recurring projects, analyzes and evaluates information and provides findings in oral and written form.
