As a Management Analyst, you will: Analyze and evaluate management practices, methods, and administrative operations using qualitative and quantitative techniques. Conceptualize and develop study plans, conduct fact-finding, analyze data, and prepare and present findings and recommendations. Develop policies, guidelines, instructions, and procedures for administrative and management requirements.
Formulate and recommend new or modified policies and procedures to improve managerial operations.
