The primary purpose of this position is to accomplish assigned projects, implement and coordinate various programs/projects with responsible organizations and serve as advisor on manpower/personnel processes and procedures for the Wing.
Serves as an advisor and provides management support services and in the area of manpower and personnel for the Wing Staff and subordinate units. Performs organizational program administration functions for the Wing and maintains cooperative working relationships with co-workers on related functions, customers, subordinate units and operating officials. Plans and coordinates all work requirements and complex projects to maintain building, security and Emergency Management. Serves as the Wing's Workforce Develop Program Manager and Training Manager.
