Major Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Maintain a Project Tracking Database for managing active facilities projects. Maintain the Space Request Package (SRP) tool for gathering, refining, cost estimating, and scheduling facilities projects. Create and maintain consistent space standards for unique program requirements, develop requirements, statements of work, and acquisitions, in support of the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS); Support DHS OCAO by reporting a complete and accurate annual inventory of component facility assets in accordance with Federal Real Property Program (FRPP) guidelines.
