The Business Management Unit (BMU), part of the ICE Office of Human Capital (OHC), is seeking motivated professionals to join our team. BMU provides essential administrative support, including budget management, property and space administration, and position management, to ensure ICE OHC operates efficiently and effectively. As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Presenting findings and recommendations to management and supporting the implementation of proposed solutions. Possessing knowledge of agency program goals, objectives, and milestones, as well as the relationships between agency programs and administrative support functions. Assisting in the preparation of recommendations for program adjustments and evaluating the impact of proposed changes on agency resources and operations. Evaluating program accomplishments against established goals and objectives, assesses compliance with agency policies and regulations, and provides recommendations to address gaps or inefficiencies.
