This vacancy is for a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of the Secretary within the Department of Commerce.
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Assists the Office of Asset Management with contract management, equipment management, service ticket coordination and inventory activities through the Department Of Commerce's personal property system. Provides support to staff and management in troubleshooting for tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Conducts data analysis of acquisitions and financial assistance data using Tableau and Power BI to produce dashboards and reports that inform decisions, measure performance, that align with departmental priorities. Supports the acquisitions systems and tools that include the Procurement Request Information System (PRISM) and the GSA's Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE).
This position includes contract management responsibilities, ensuring contractual requirements are met and properly documented. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, invoicing, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing contract-related issues to support successful execution.
