Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level. Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Plans and conducts management studies and analytical projects addressing wildland fire program effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and mission outcomes; develops study designs, data strategies, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitors obligations and expenditures, conducts expenditure trend and cost analyses, and supports cost-effectiveness considerations during preparedness and incident operations; assists with billing, cost recovery, and payment as required by agreements and policy. Reviews program business processes and internal controls; identifies gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; and recommends improvements to strengthen standardization, accountability, compliance, and audit readiness.
Monitors the application and use of agreements, contracts, and cooperative arrangements affecting program support. identifies issues and provides recommendations to program officials. Duties at the GS-13 level. Leads enterprise-wide facility portfolio and space management, including long-range space planning, utilization, and real property strategies.
Leads interagency coordination and complex program analysis, providing guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Identifies and implements program, policy, technology, and process improvements to strengthen efficiency, resource management, and data-driven decision-making. Directs space, financial, and program data integration, including analytical tools, dashboards, reporting, and data governance

The posted pay range is $89508 – $138370/yr.
