Major Duties

The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Technical Operations. Typical work assignments include: Analyzing data generated from agency systems and organizing the information in the form of data dashboards, comprehensive reports, briefs, or presentations that informs mangers of a solution or recommendation. Researching and analyzing data, policies, procedures, or other organizational line program operation that requires evaluation to determine if stated objectives are being met. Conducting reviews of highly technical or foundational documents such as policies, procedures, federal laws, or regulations. Preparing briefing documents or executive summaries that highlight data analysis in a clear and concise manner.

Education
