Job Summary

This position is within the Office of Human Resources. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will provide advice to management officials on workforce planning initiatives and processes, manpower and organization design and implementation for the National Nuclear Security Administration. This announcement will close on August 31, 2026 or once 75 applications are received, whichever occurs first.

Major Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Provide management and analysis of agency-wide manpower data to include but not limited to full-time equivalent tracking, utilization, and execution and manage organizational and position data in various systems of record. Manage the workforce planning program to include enterprise-wide personnel strategic needs and workforce analysis. Contributes to the comprehensive development of agency-wide strategic planning and objectives to bridge the gap between the present and future organizational workforce requirements. Conduct and manage a variety of complex mid and long-range manpower studies to assist in devising and recommending integrated approaches to workforce planning and management, providing long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones. Analyze comprehensive workforce data to project future workforce trends and identify resource requirements to optimize workforce planning initiatives.
