The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and analytical support to Squadron and Group leadership by managing programs, reports, awards, security, and safety to improve organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Controls, monitors and provides technical and clerical support and oversees multiple organizational program services, resources, funding, processes/procedures, and records. - Assists management with publications applicability to organizational programs and oversees program compliance criteria. - Conducts staff assistance visits and program reviews; collects inputs, identifies benchmark processes, assists with interpretation of processes.
- Performs administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with coworkers, related functions, customers, and operating officials. - Uses multiple office automation software capabilities to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets.
