The incumbent performs review, evaluation, and coordination activities for the approval and currency of Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Support Agreements (SAs), which are usually complex documents often spanning numerous activities.
Duties: Responsible for the review, evaluation, coordination, and approval process of MOUs, MOAs, and SAs. Reviews and evaluates proposed agreements against established policy [DoD, DAF, Component NAF (C-NAF), and National agency, as applicable] in addition to organization requirements and authorities Directs, coordinates, and oversees programming/project/workload activities. Develops logistics inputs, plans, and related documents in support of C-NAF staff/enterprise initiatives and mission requirements. Provides logistics planning/management and execution expertise to meeting organization requirements. Provides logistics planning support to C-NAF staff and subordinate units including operational/base support planning and support agreement directives, concepts, procedures and guidance. Prepares and delivers briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned programs.
