Job Summary

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters, Facilities Division located in Washington D.C. Major Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst (Facilities & Assets), you will be responsible for coordinating enterprise asset management across USBP portfolios, analyzing and optimizing AM strategies, and advising leadership and cross-functional teams to support construction, sustainment, and lifecycle accountability. This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10) GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area. Typical duties of this assignment include: Coordinating and serving as SME for asset management across USBP portfolios, including policy analysis, requirements prioritization, and support to construction, upgrade, and sustainment projects. Analyzing and evaluating long- and short-term AM strategies; developing standardized processes; managing data and reporting in Tririga, FITT, and related systems; leading team studies and negotiating adoption of recommendations. Contributing to strategic planning and policy formulation; participating in boards/committees/working groups; preparing and delivering briefings, technical reports, and recommendations to leadership. Developing, reviewing, and implementing AM policies and directives; overseeing portfolio compliance; coordinating with CBP/DHS counterparts and field offices; assessing impacts of legislation and executive directives, and preparing impact statements.
