Job Summary
This position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Portfolio Management. As a Managing Director, Project Management Division, you will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and overseeing assigned staff while managing a portfolio of finance projects and loans to maximize the DFC's financial performance and developmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
As Managing Director, Project Management Division you will: Supervise a staff of portfolio management officers responsible for monitoring DFC direct loans and investment guarantees. Manage all phases of the project-finance credit-management process, from disbursement through repayment. Evaluate the creditworthiness of projects.
Create, update, and analyze complex financial models for projects; identify adverse credit conditions; and recommend appropriate risk ratings and reserves. Conduct periodic site visits to examine project status and assess conformity with project documentation and applicable requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned for the group, the department and the Corporation. Please Note: This is not a Bargaining unit position. Washington, D.C.
Locality Pay Range: $169,279 - $197,200 New York City, New York Locality Pay Range: $174,347 - $197,200
