About the position: This position located at the Marketing Department, 423d Force Support Squadron, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom. It offers 20 guaranteed hours per week, and the incumbent may be required to work 20-40 hours per week, as needed. This Position is Temporary ((NTE) Not To Exceed 30 December 2026.
Uses word processing software to produce a variety of documents. May receive and transmit documents and messages electronically using a personal computer or workstation that is networked or linked to other computers in the organization. Types a variety of material associated with organization functions, from creating and updating social media posts to making rough or handwritten drafts of correspondence, forms, reports, messages, memorandums, etc. Performs a variety of general office duties, such as answering telephone calls and emails, receiving visitors, routing and filing correspondence, and maintaining files. Uses a government vehicle to transport and deliver marketing materials and to attend official functions.
