Review clinical documentation for quality, analyze records for compliant billing. Identify documentation deficiencies and initiate clarification request.
Assist providers in identifying missing diagnoses, specificity to clinical linkages and supporting indicators. *This position is being announced concurrently under the Delegated Examining (DE) procedures.
