The responsibility of this position involves specialized administrative judgment and the flexible use of a wide range of clinical flow processes relating to access to care across multiple clinics, specialties, and/or care in the community resources within the Syracuse VA Medical Center, Community Care Department.

Check patients in and out of appointments. Schedule return to clinic orders. Setup clinic paperwork. Process faxes, scanning, and printing of documents.
