About the Position: Incumbent maintains responsibility for program management and implementation of the Defense Health Agency System of Care, Mental Health Caring Communication / Case Management Program operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
